EUBOIA. Chalkis. Circa 338-308 BC. Drachm (Silver, 17 mm, 3.65 g, 11 h). Head of the nymph Chalkis to right, wearing single-pendant earring. Rev. XAΛ Eagle flying right, grasping serpent with his talons that coils around his body; to right, trident. BCD Euboia 142. Picard, Emission 10 (O1/Ra). Lightly toned. Flan fault on the edge, otherwise, about very fine.
